Brewed in honour of the pioneers who built the roads and rails of the North, this crisp golden lager pays tribute to our hometown of Baysville, Ontario. Handcrafted with fresh Lake of Bays water, noble hops and Canadian malts, Rock Cut is a refreshing end to a hard day’s work.
True to its style, this lager pours with a rich, dark golden colour and delicate white foam. The bouquet includes gentle notes of fresh cut grass with a touch of breadiness and the most subtle hint of caramel. There’s a slight sweetness at the start, which quickly changes to crusty bread flavours. The finish is clean and crisp with a nice dryness. Overall, very refreshing, smooth and well-balanced.
