Lake of Bays Brewing Company (LB) is a top 10 craft brewer in Ontario looking to take its business to the next level. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated sales director to take charge of all sales activities in Ontario, as well as out-of-province activity that is limited at present but expected to grow over time.
As sales director, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 10+ inside & outside sales reps.
Setting sales objectives at the provincial and territory level on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Working with your team to meet and exceed established sales goals through effective planning, coordination and execution on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Defining a multi-year vision and structure for your department, working with other senior management to put in place the people, products and marketing supports needed for long-term success.
Laying out monthly & annual budgets for all sales-related expenses, in conjunction with our financial controller, and ensuring compliance throughout the course of the year.
The successful candidate will possess a demonstrated track record of success in comparable sales management roles. Prior experience in the beer industry is a strong asset, however candidates with experience in related fields (other beverage alcohol, consumer packaged goods) will also be considered.
This position is based out of the GTA, with regular travel to the company’s head office in Muskoka. Candidates based in Muskoka & Central Ontario may also apply, understanding that significant travel will be required to Toronto and other key markets.
