This lagered ale is crisp and refreshing, full of flavours of bread crust, risen pizza dough and the comforting earthy scent of leaves falling off of the trees. Consistent with a bready body and notes closer to light toast, with mild undertones of grass, hay and a subtle touch of honey.

TASTING NOTES

Golden straw appearance, bready notes, and a subtle sweetness. Mouthfeel is moderately dry and crisp. Finishes with a touch of honey.
