Where the land meets the sea, new opportunities await. This hazy pale ale is low in alcohol and bursting with peachy flavour.
Aromas of berries and citrus transition to passionfruit and orange in the body.
A storm’s a-brewin’! Will you watch it safely from a distance or chance getting caught in this cyclone of a Black IPA?
Aromas of chocolate wafer and tiramisu may rock your boat. With blueberry, grapefruit and kiwi notes in the body and a dark malt mouthfeel, this brew finishes dry.
If you’re a fan of Spark House Red Ale, you’ll love its unique and fiery cousin, a Red IPA, even more!
Subtle tangerine and orange peel notes are bolstered by a touch of herbs and wood. Moderately drying with a dark bread crust finish, this beer will leave you glowing and wanting s’more (see what we did there?!).
On the Hunt
If you’re on the hunt for your next crushable brew, this is it. Italian style pilsners are the gentle balance between craft and domestic. Clean and light enough to support the ‘non craft drinker’, while dry hop aromas and subtle bitterness entice the craft nerds.
This crisp pilsner is reminiscent of a traditional German style but with a dry hop that lends notes of pear, sweet white bread and grass. It’s easy drinking with a gentle mouthfeel and medium haze. A mild creaminess transitions to slight carbonation and a dry overall body, finishing clean with hints of pine, hay and lemon peel.
Malts: Pilsen, Corn Dextrose
Dry Hop: Hallertau Blanc, Heull Melon
This citrus-forward tropical pale ale will make you (almost) forget about the trips that could have been. This beer lends aromas of passionfruit and dragon fruit, and flavours of field berry and honeysuckle. With notes of Juicy Fruit gum (nostalgia, anyone?), let Day Dreamin’ be your next adventure.
Bursting with fun, floral, & fruity flavours imparted by the massive dose of tea put straight into the tank. Pairs well with salads and lighter fare. This would be a great option to include in a flight with lighter beers or for those looking for that “special can’t get it anywhere else”-style brew.
Malts: Pale Malt, Pilsen, Flaked Wheat
Forest Dweller is one to watch out for. The complementing flavours of black currant and lemon create a pleasant tartness. Magnum hops add a slight bitterness to round out the taste. This Wild Berry Citrus Sour is a light-bodied brew with bold ingredients and plenty of tang.
Tart raspberry to start that eases into an earthy vibe with hints of chocolate.
Malts: 2-Row Pale, Crystal, Chocolate, Carapils
