10 Point India Pale Ale returns
BAYSVILLE, ON – August 15, 2013 – Great news for IPA and craft beer fans across Ontario. Lake of Bays Brewing Co. is proud to announce the return of its 10 Point India Pale Ale, now available at LCBOs and on tap at pubs and restaurants across the province. Find the location nearest you on your smartphone at BeerFinder.ca.
Dry hopped for enhanced flavour, 10 Point IPA clocks in at 6% alc./vol. With IBUs (International Bittering Units) coming in at a relatively modest 55, this IPA is particularly sessionable (meaning that even those who are not hop heads can drink more than a glass of it). For more detailed information about 10 Point IPA click the image on the right to download an information sheet (PDF document).
“This is the second year that we’ve brought out the 10 Point,” said Lake of Bays Brewing Co. founder and president Darren Smith. “It was really well received last year.”
Support for Friends of Algonquin Park
Alongside the release of the 10 Point IPA, Lake of Bays Brewing has partnered with The Friends of Algonquin Park to support their work in Algonquin Park, located 30km northeast of Baysville. For every 750mL bottle of 10Point IPA purchased at the LCBO, Lake of Bays Brewing Co. donates $.25 to the charity, which acts as ambassador and steward for Algonquin Park.
“We want to give back to the community, and we really admire what The Friends of Algonquin Park do,” said Smith.
10 Point IPA is available while supplies last.
